From Cluttered to Clean Line

WHOLE HOUSE RENOVATION

A wonderful house on one of Auburn's main streets is fully transformed inside and out. With a modern approach, this house went from living on a lot cluttered with trees and no curb appeal, to being a beauty to pass by. J Manifold Construction cleared over 20 trees, lifted the roof line on part of the house to create visibility from the curb, added a circle drive, new garage, and back screened in porch. With a striking dark exterior, this home now stands out. We relocated and expanded the outdoor living area on this home. With a small screened in porch on the side of the original house, our owners desire was to continue their indoor space to the outdoors while being protected from the pesky Alabama mosquitos. We brought a current style to this screened porch by incorporating the flow from inside to outside with modern gridded black french doors as well as a thick grid hog wire over the bottom screen panels.
