During our Initial Visit, JMC Care will perform an indoor & outdoor comprehensive inspection. JMC Care will compile a detailed list of immediate needs, potential issues, and preventative maintenance measures. As part of the JMC home maintenance program, homeowners can expect:
Access to JMC technician via Phone & Text
Quarterly in person Home Visits to Identify and Prevent Potential Issues
Indoor & Outdoor Property Inspection including:
Plumbing Inspection, Minor Fixes
P-Trap Inspection & Sweeping
Gutter Inspection
Electrical Inspection (Indoor and Outdoor Panels)
Light Switch Testing, Outlet Retention Inspection, Light Bulb Changes
Dishwasher Filter Cleaning
Disposal Cleaning
Insect Risks Inspection
Crawl Space Inspection
Attic Inspection
HVAC Inspection Indoor and outside units
Air Filter Replacements
Hood Vent Exhaust Filter Cleaning
