It is not uncommon for JMC to get a request to remodel a game day house, although our Brookside project was like no other we have done before. The owners of the Brookside Game Day Dream House actually use this home constantly for business, sporting events, family gatherings and general fun. They had been planning and dreaming of this renovation for years and we at JMC were thrilled to be chosen to make their dreams come true. 

A single story traditional home featuring 3 bedrooms and 2 baths, approximately 1665 sf was transformed into a two story modern french style home with 4335 sf heated and cooled and 1325 sf garage and porches and a fantastic 104 sf wine cellar! This game day home has a total of 9 large tv’s, and an outdoor projector, as well as a new media room. They do not plan on missing any of the action!!
